全国两会“部长通道”有“新面孔”
<p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P3月5日上午，十四届全国人大三次会议开幕会后，首场“部长通道”在人民大会堂北大厅开启。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P这次走上“部长通道”的分别是：交通运输部部长刘伟、教育部部长怀进鹏、国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文、国家金融监督管理总局局长李云泽。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P<span style="font-weight: 700;">刘伟是首次亮相全国两会“部长通道”。</span>去年9月，刘伟任交通运输部党组书记，同年11月履新交通运输部部长。</p><p class="textAlignCenter" style="margin-bottom: 20px; text-align: justify; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P<br><img class="" data-lazyload="https://x0.ifengimg.com/res/2025/B45237B7F75FAEDA5495866419E820CCB52A5879_size782_w1080_h708.png" src="https://d.ifengimg.com/w1080_h708_q90_webp/x0.ifengimg.com/res/2025/B45237B7F75FAEDA5495866419E820CCB52A5879_size782_w1080_h708.png" style="border: 0px; display: block; height: auto; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; max-width: 100%;"></p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P刘伟出生于1965年6月，河南柘城人，现任二十届中央委员。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P刘伟早年在河南省工作，2018年1月出任河南省副省长。2020年初，刘伟转任应急管理部党委委员、副部长。2022年4月，刘伟调任吉林省委副书记，同年12月获任北京市委副书记。2024年，刘伟赴交通运输部任职。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P刘伟在“部长通道”上介绍，统一开放的交通运输市场是全国统一大市场的重要组成部分，党中央国务院对此高度重视。落实这项工作最重要的举措是降低全社会物流成本。经过一年多的努力，<span style="font-weight: 700;">2024年全国全社会物流成本总共降低了大约4000亿，其中交通成本降低了2800亿，占到2/3左右。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P<span style="font-weight: 700;">中国高铁、中国路、中国桥、中国港和中国快递都已经成为亮丽的中国名片。”</span>刘伟举例说，京张高铁是世界上第一条时速350公里的智能化高速铁路；港珠澳大桥是世界上最长的跨海大桥；去年刚刚通车的深中通道，是世界上综合建设难度最高的跨海集群工程。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P“我国已经成为世界上人流、物流运输最繁忙的国家。”今年春节大年初六，全社会跨区域人员流动量达到3.39亿，再创历史；去年高速公路最高一天的车流量超过7000万辆；<span style="font-weight: 700;">快递在去年的10月22号日揽收量达到了7.29亿件，也就是说相当于我们全国人民每两人一件。</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P“这些年我国交通运输服务保障能力得到明显提升，人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感明显增强。”</p><p style="margin-bottom: 20px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 32px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 28px; color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: PingFangSC-Regular, ";P刘伟还介绍，<span style="font-weight: 700;">刚刚过去的为期40天的春运，全社会跨区域人员流动量达到了90.2亿人次，比去年同期增长了7.1%，再创历史新高。</span>与此同时，高速公路拥堵路段的数量明显下降，全国没有出现大范围长时间的人员和车辆的滞留现象，充分展现了流动中国的澎湃活力。</p><p></p>
